I have a white chocolate buttercream recipe. Unfortunately it is at home and I'm at work. I'll try and remember it.

6 oz. white chocolate
1/4 c. whipping cream
1 cup butter
1 cup powdered sugar

Melt white chocolate in whipping cream in microwave. Stir until completely melted. Let sit until reaches room temperature. Chop butter into pieces. Mix with powdered sugar into white chocolate mixture.

Wow, I did remember it. This doesn't make very much. I like to use it as a filling. I also have added chopped peppermint to it to make a crushed peppermint white chocolate buttercream filling. Very Good!!! Let me know if you try it and how you like it.
