I carved a sombrero cake trying to change the style a bit. Well the law of gravity is stronger than I thought. It happened. But like I said I knew it would. fortunatly i told my daughter to remove the decorations from the underside to save them ...just in case... good thing I did. The cake looked like a bowl to start out.. and a landslide when it was done. Oh well it is not due till 5 pm tomorrow. I will just REMAKE the wholw thing.. I will say I has the stress free suports under the top of the sombrero so I can use that part again. It is fine by the way its WAY past bedtime. hope I'm not spelling to bad. OH CAKE TIMER WENT OFF GOTTA GO!
