How many of you frost both sides of your cookies for a cookie bouquet? Should I do this if I am making cookie bouquets to use as center pieces?

so how do you bake a double sided cookie ? standing up ?
I would think that you bake them like normal but stick them together after icing so you get the design on each side. icon_smile.gif

Sorry, I didn't necessarily mean a double sided cookie. I am just wondering if I should frost both sides since I am using it as a centerpiece or, like you are suggesting, frost two cookies then stick them together.

For a center piece, you can do it either way. You can dip the entire cookie so the back is iced, or just do the front and arrange the cookies so "fronts" show all around. Once you add some filler (greens or ribbon), the backs of the cookies won't be much of an issue.

I generally just do the fronts and the bouquets look fine.
