Thanks for the tip...I have not been able to master this flower yet! I'm going to try this soon. I already have the marshmallows.

Really? Wow! I have also heard of Hershey Kisses work too. I haven't tried it yet, but I think I am going to try both, because I also have trouble with the rose.

I have heard of this and it works great for me, Just a more stable and easier way. It also saves some time when making lots of roses, you don't have to be switching bags and tips all the time.

That's an awsome tip. I will definitely experiment with that idea the next time.

I'll try anything. My roses are so sad-looking. Do you insert the marshmellow into a toothpick?

I dont do the toothpick method. I just use a little frosting and stick the marshmellow to my flower nail or to a piece of parchment paper on my flower nail .

Great tip! Do you have to mould the marshmallow a bit to a point or just leave it square on the flower nail?

I used the hershey's kisses today for the first time as a base. Worked like a charm. The only problem I have with them is using the flower lifter with that hunk of solid chocolate. It makes it a tad more difficult to place the rose exactly where I wanted it.

I didnt mold the marshmellows at all . just used them right out of the bag. I would love to use the kisses but if I am doing alot of roses that can add up . and unwrapping them all lol. I guess they do have the bag of unwrapped ones in the baking isle now .

Thanks!!! I had not heard of the marshmallows. I need to make some and I can see where that would work great - a nice soft center and not heavy.
