So sorry to ask, but the other day I ran across a thread about trying the Jiffy cake mix and adding in additional ingredients to spruce it up...but I can't find it! I wanted to try the Jiffy brand for plain ole' practice cakes, since they are so inexpensive thumbs_up.gif and would be quick to mix.
So, if anyone has tried these (with additional ingredients) would you please reiterate how you made them delish?
Thanks so much!

Sorry I cant help you. I didn't even know that Jiffy made cake mixes. I've only bought the corn bread....not cake mixes.

If your looking to Dr. a cake mix you can use an extra egg, and some pudding (get the kind that you have to cook). Follow the cake mix box instructions when you mix it. I also find that they will need to bake a little longer because I set the oven to 325.

These are always moist and tender. Very good!

HTH....sorry about not know that Jiffy made cake mixes. Maybe its a regional thing???
