The only place I could think of was Ebay... You may want to check there first...

I know www.Sugarcraft.com has some stuff. Look under Licensed pans and then under Toy Story. They may not have the shaped pans but they definitely have some of the toppers and such.

The Buzz Light Year pan was available at the Disney store a few years back. I dont think you'll be able to get it from any store other than ebay. I have one, and its not all that great. You get the basic shape of him, but all the details do not show on the baked cake. The pans details are not deep enough, and do not make any impression in the cake. I do have a picture of a buzz light year made from the wilton handsome guy pan. If you would like me to email the picture to you let me know!

I did Buzz from the Little Hero pan. Not really great, as it was one of my first, but my then 2 yr old knew who it was!

It might give you some easier/alternative options!
