I would like to do cakes from my home, but where do I go to look for what the regulations are? Does anyone know if I can have a home based business in California?

Mostly NOT ... I live in CA too and in our home town they dont allow it cause they cant reulate your kitchen but if you have a building then they can.. But you would call your health department and one of there areas will be able to help you ..
