twinkie filling?

I want to make filled cupcakes soon and I thought I once saw a recipe on here for a filling that is just like that stuff that is is twinkies and ding dongs? Anyone heard of something like this? icon_eek.gif Could you share the recipe?

Thanks Cecilia, I think I even watched that thread and saw that, maybe that's how I knew this recipe was out there. Should have printed it out at that time. Thanks again for your help icon_smile.gif
