Whipped cream buttercream. I should have remeasured my boiling water or something because I had undissolved sugar in this frosting. Dh loves it. He said it tasted like whoopie pie filling. I got the general idea of the fluffyness but I felt bad it did not turn out totally right. It is lighter but still sweet. I was also looking for less sweet.

Anyone know of a good whipped icing other than Bettercreme or something like that? I am guessing that this whipped bc must be purchased and can't be made.
