Ok, I made a little fondant sculpture for a cake. It was beautiful...but the arms kept breaking off and then the legs....what am i doing wrong....i cried and cried over this...because it was so perfect....

When mine did that I stuck toothpicks in to hold the arms and legs on.
This might have happened because it didn't dry long enough. Fondant needs to dry longer than gum paste.
