Color Question?

Can I use Americolors gel paste to color white chocolate ( like the Micheals stuff) icon_confused.gificon_confused.gif

I've used the Wilton gel colors to color white chocolate (the one you can buy at Michaels) and I didn't have any problems with it.

If you use Americolors to color candy melts (the white chocolate wafers you get a the craft store) you would need to also add the Americolor flo-coat product. From what I have read, the americolors are not oil based and will seize up your chocolate if you don't add the flo-coat as well.
