I love mine. I have both the cake ones and plan on getting the Dinner one too.

Just made the Buttermilk Chocolate one and everyone loved it.

I love a lot of her recipes, but the carrot cake recipe came out dry and crumbly...can someone tell me what I did wrong? Or has a recipe using cake mix for carrot cake?

I absolutely love The Cake Mix Doctor books and the website. I credit my new found interest in all things cake to her. icon_biggrin.gif My favorite cakes are the Lemon Lover's White Chocolate Cake, the Snickerdoodle Cake and the Holy Cannoli cake. You just have to try them. I will mention, however, that the forum on her site has really troubleshot the recipes, so if you decide to make one or have a problem with one, there is probably a fix listed for it on the forum at http://www.thecakemixdoctor.com

She inspired me to create a fabulous rich and fudgy chocolate cake, that you can find on my website at http://www.cookingwithkristina.com. You won't find a more chocolatey, moist cake. thumbs_up.gif
