Does anyone have a good recipe for chocolate fudge filling? I saw one in the recipe list, but it only had one star and wanted to know if anyone has one that they use.

shhh.... Don't tell but I buy the canned frosting from the store (the little plastic tubs of BC or DH) and use that for chocolate filling.

I know it's cheating, but I use the jar of hot fudge ice cream topping for fudge filling. Everyone raves about it, so I've never been motivated to find a good scratch recipe.
