Worth My While?

I'm just starting selling my cakes & I've been asked by a group of parents to do 3 full sheet cakes for the 4th grade graduation at our local school. Last year they used BJ's, so they're really only willing to pay $30 per cake. My normal price would be $50/cake; it costs me almost $20 per cake just to bake 'em and frost 'em. I already did a $30 full sheet cake for the PTO (Teacher Appreciation Day), telling them it was a discount, on the theory that it was good publicity. Three sheet cakes, however, is such a lot of work, even if the decoration is really simple. These cakes would be seen by a different group of people (4th graders' parents), so is it worth it to make them at this severe discount again? (Also, I'll be out of town the weekend before the cakes are due, so I'd have to make ahead and freeze and then scramble to get them ready for Tuesday night.) Any and all opinions are welcome . . . Thanks tons!
