I'm still searching for that best scratch yellow cake. Does anyone have a real good one?

I just made Sarah Phillips Ultimate Yellow Cake this weekend. It was very good but very dense and thick. So thick that my sister had to put alot of arm power into cutting it! Very moist. I made it on Friday and she says it is still very fresh.

I use the one in The Cake Bible, and it's always gotten great reviews.
