I made a neapolitan bundt cake for my father's work christmas party this last year. I coated it with a choc. glaze and he said that it looked fabulous. I didn't take any pictures b/c I wasn't heavily into decorating at that time. Here is the recipe I used.

1 box white cake mix
1 cup water
1/4 cup oil
3 egg whites
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
12 drops red food coloring
1/3 cup choc. syrup

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bundt cake pan. Beat mix, water, oil, and egg whites on low speed 30 seconds. Beat on med. for 2 minutes. Pour 1 c + 2/3 c batter into pan. Pour another 1c. + 2/3 c. batter into another bowl. Stir in almond extract and red food coloring. Carefully pour over white batter in pan. Stir choc. syrup into remaining batter and carefully pour over red and white batter in pan. Bake 45 - 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

The batters actually form a swirl pattern he said but that it was still very 3 distinct colors.
