I'm looking for an icing diabetics can eat (there are plenty of recipes for cakes but not icings) but has the stability to make flowers and borders with. Has anyone come across a recipe for one?
Thanks, kakedecorator

Hi Kake! Here's the link for diabetic Royal Icing that you can use for flowers and stuff. I use this for my diabetic husband and it works just fine:

This one is wonderful and can be used for decorating. It needs to be kept refrigerated though.
