I couldn't link it up to you for some reason. The Recipe Link has one from William Sonoma.

Not sure if you want scratch or cake mix recipe. Here are two that I found on the net:

Strawberry Margarita Cake
Nonalcoholic strawberry margarita mix makes this party cake a great addition to picnics and potlucks.

3/4  cup bottled strawberry-flavored nonalcoholic margarita drink mix
1  package white cake mix
1/3  cup vegetable oil
3  egg whites
1  tablespoon grated lime peel
1  container (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed (3 cups)
  Strawberry, if desired

1.   Heat oven to 350ºF (metal or glass pan). Grease (or lightly spray with cooking spray) bottom only of 13x9x2-inch rectangular pan. Add enough water to drink mix to measure 1 1/4 cups.
2.   Beat cake mix, drink mix, oil and egg whites in large bowl on low speed 2 minutes. Pour into pan.
3.   Bake 28 to 33 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely, about 1 hour.
4.   Gently stir lime peel into whipped topping; spread over top of cake. Garnish with strawberries. Store covered in refrigerator.

Other samples I haven't try yet:

Margarita Cake

1 package white cake mix

1 can (10 ounces) frozen, nonalcoholic, margarita mix, defrosted, undiluted

1 tablespoon lime zest

3/4 cup packaged coconut

Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray two 8-inch pans with vegetable pan spray.

Prepare cake mix according to package directions, using margarita mix instead of liquid and adding lime zest. Divide batter into the two pans. Bake according to package directions.

Cool on rack 10 minutes; remove from pans and continue to cool. If using 2 pans remove from pans, cool completely. Level cakes if necessary.

Spread coconut on baking sheet, toast in hot oven for about 2 minutes, stir and toast again until light golden in color. Cool.
