i made 3 cakes for my baby shower coming up saturday and i totally spaced on thinking... i made a lemon cake but did a basketweave with brown frosting (which is chocolate) on pretty much the whole cake... is this going to taste okay? i just wish i would've thought about it before i started... duh! i made the teddy bear besides this basket cake but that's all chocolate and then i have the baby buggy and that's white cake but that's it... hopefully everyone really likes chocolate! ugh... let me know if this combo is okay or if i should just keep the cake on "display" and tell everyone they can't eat it

I personally would just let them know I messed up and tell them what it is and leave it up to them. If it was me I wouldn't eat it cause I don't like lemon but It might be an interesting combo that they might just love.
