I haven't found anything, and I have been looking for 6+ months. If it has to go through the health department, then I think I was told you could not bake from your home. I was trying to find a loophole through the department of agriculture (calling it a domestic bakery) but I never was able to get any info.

Please let me know if you find out anything!

I just went through all the channels in NJ as well. WHAT A NIGHTMARE! I was told you have to contact your local municiple building, they will probably transfer you to the health department. Then the health department told me that I cannot run a home based cake business because they cannot come in and inspect. I dont know if all the municipalities are this way but it is a start.
