I would really love a good chocolate cake recipe. I always use the extender recipe. Should I use cake mix and pudding or just the basic extender recipe. Who has the best chocalate mix. I usually bake with DH.

I've been using the "Ever so moist chocolate cake" or the "Darn good Chocolate cake" from the Cake Mix Doctor (Chocolate) book. Everyone seems to love it. It comes out really moist and soft. If you don't have it, I can email it to you.

I always use the DH Devil's Food with a devils food pudding and the extra egg. I get rave reviews from it.

I have also added a couple Tablespoons cocoa to bump up the chocolate taste or you can use a little bit of instant coffee granuals in it to add to the taste too.
