I think it would be my Embroidered rose cake or my Yoda. The Yoda is sculpted.. all cake.

I still can't get over how gorgeous that pink one is. When I saw that on Food Network my jaw dropped. The fondant is just spectacular, and the color matching is amazing.

Gorgeous!!

My niece Ashley's sweet 16 cake is mine. We spent an hour in my sister's kitchen coloring buttercream to match "the dress" and I spent a lot of time making royal icing drop flowers for this cake too. But, I just love the way it turned out. (sorry the picture is a little dark)

There are some AWESOME cakes on this thread!

I think this one might be my favorite of all time:

(edited to add, I don't know how to get it bigger here but it's in My Photos if you want to see it bigger)

At this point I think my "it" cake, to me anyway, was the one I made for my grandson's christening. Although there were more design elements (mostly on the cake sides) that I did not attempt, I was very pleased with this one.

My 'it' cake would have to be my playboy bunny cake, as its the most popular one that is ordered, and I love carving it and decorating it.

Everyone's cakes are amazing!

I couldn't really decide which cake would be my "it" cake, maybe I haven't made it yet. But here are 3 that I worked really hard on:

Ok.......all of these cakes are great! I would have to say these are mine. I couldn't really decide between the two but Spongebob was definately more of a challenge!
