I am in possession of some black walnuts. Does anyone have any ideas for filling and icing?

I think walnuts go really well with cream cheese icing. I think it's a carrot cake thing (love carrot cake!). You can even fold the walnuts into your buttercream if you wanted to. Ooooo...how about folding them into chocolate buttercream. Chocolate and walnuts go so well together.
