Help Help Help Help!!!! I know you all can get me an answer somehow. I have done a couple of cakes for my new job for two parties in the last week and I had a lady ask me if I did just cakes or other things...I do it all- are you needing something specific?? Boy was a I wrong to say that...ha ha....Her daughter is getting married June 3rd...yes I said June 3rd (AHHH!!) with like 300 guests. She wants to know if I can do a double bell shaped sugar cookie (frosted with the wedding colors and possibly the names or date on them). She wants to know if I can make the cookies for the wedding and wants a price quote by tonight-wednesday at the latest. She wants to know the price per dozen so she can figure out how many to order. So there is a possiblity of going from a couple of dozen to them actually being the favors to go home with people or something like that. Sooooo everbody....What would you charge for a dozen double bell shaped sugar cookies. She doesn't care what frosting so if you have a cost for a specific icing please tell me in your quote. If it ends up going from a couple dozen to a couple hundred, should I up the price too??? HELP PLEASE!!!! I go into work tonight at 11pm.....TIA icon_smile.gif

bump....I figured in ingredient cost it would be about 10 dollars for 24 cookies. I thought I would charge her $18 dozen???? Does this sound okay?

It seems like a fair price, but I think it depends on where you live and what the market is like in your area. I would check online at bakeries and cakeries in your area to see what the going rate is. Sorry that I couldn't be of more help. Good luck!! icon_biggrin.gif
