I used the Wilton recipe for gnache the other day and from what I was told, it was a hit at the bridal shower. It was soooooooo easy to boot!
12 oz chocolate melts
1/2 cup of whipping cream
In double boiler heat up the whipping cream and add the melts, stirring constantly until the chocolate is melted.
I was terrified when I decided to try it, because I never used it before, but it was so easy!
