I have one from euphoriasbakery. It's really good. If you want to give me your email address I'll send it to you. (I'm lazy. I have a copy of it in my drafts so all I have to do is put in your email and send instead of typing it all out).icon_smile.gif

Thanks so much jo_ann. I have several diabetic friends and I worry about them eating my sugar loaded cakes.

Jo-ann, I hate to bombard you with the same request, but I really have been searching for a recipe for icing for diabetic's. Don't know why I didn't think to ask anyone here. Everyone here is so helpful, you'd thought this would have been the first place I would have asked. Thank you in advance so much for sharing, I can't tell you how many requests I've had for that. Okay. I have to ask you too, joann. I would love to have the recipe too. I'm not diabetic but i'm insulin resistant which means if i'm not careful, i will be. Can I have a copy, too?

right on this site in the recipe section there's a recipe for decorating icing for diabetics and it's yummy, even my kids loved it, and for a cake recipe I went on the Splenda website, and found lots of yummy cake recipes, haven'T tried them all tho. I'm not diabetic, but my mil is and some of my friends, and I know that it could be something I could do in my business because the bakery doesn't. It's so yummy and easy!!!

All sent. Some of you might want to recheck your email because I somhow wiped out the diabetic icing recipe so I readded and resent the whole thing again to the ones that didn't get the icing recipe. Sorry.
