I am looking for recipes for Mexican/Spanish desserts, other than flan. I am looking for cookies, cakes, pies, etc. I have an opportunity to place desserts in a restaurant with a Spanish flavor to their foods. I checked the recipes here on CC but the only problem is the recipes are in Spanish and my Spanish isn't good enough to translate.
