Do these go together? I don't want choc buttercream, and I'd really like to use cream cheese. Does that sound good?

Great! I'm thinking I'll use Dulce de Leche for a filling. Any ideas if that will work?

Why not? I'm always asking "Who makes the food rules?"

(So stop yelling at me because I don't like cream cheese and WON'T put it on a bagel! ..... oh sorry, was that out loud?)

I had a customer ask for this combination, and I thought it was strange. They loved it, but I didn't care for it myself and I LOVE cream cheese icing.

Now strawberry cake with cream cheese icing.... OH YEAH!!!
