Hello, I would like to know if I can replace the meringue powder on Antonia's icing for fresh egg whites?

Yes, I do it all the time for my practice icing or regular bc using pasteurized egg whites. Follow the directions on your meringue, usually it is 2 tsp. Meringue + 2 Tbsp. Water = 1 Egg White, so figure out the substitution in your recipe.
