Just made a batch of cookies and some of them have, what appears to be, big air bubbles in them. Is there anyting to do to prevent that ?? On the last couple of batches, I lighty pressed down on each with the bottom of a glass (the same exact size) and that seemed to work. But just thought maybe there was a "prebaked" secret to it. Thanks !!

if you are re-rolling the dough, bubbles are common. It helps to knead the dough (no added flour) and rechill it before using it.
