I'm looking for a good recipe for Icing to put on a German Chocolate Cake. Any ideas will be appreciated.

Here's the Coconut Pecan Frosting that I use:
1 cup sugar
3 egg yolks
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup margarine
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups shredded coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
In a saucepan, combine sugar, egg yolks, milk, margarine, and vanilla. Cook and stir constantly over medium heat until thickened, about 12 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in coconut and pecans. Spread over cooled cake.
Oh so yummy, I can eat it without the cake!!!
