When you a boxed mix (say Duncan Hines) how many cups of batter does one box yield?

Uusally boxed mixes yield 4-6 cups of batter. They are all a little different. it's best to measure.

Varies by brand and by flavor. Somewhere in the 4 to 5 cup range.
To be sure you need to measure every mix as you go.
