My husband made me 2 logos for my business, but I can't choose which to use. My business name is Cadence Cakes after military cadences. Please tell me your opinions on the logos.

I love the drill instructor! Your husband did a fantastic job on the logos. Tough drill instructor sucumbs to dainty cupcake.

I prefer the drill instructor also!! cute and funny. Catchy!! Everyone that sees your cakes and this logo together will know it's yours because the logo really catches the eye, and that's what you want with a logo. just love it!!

I havent come up with a slogan yet...I can get creative with cake & am very slow with the slogans. lol

Well, I guess I'm the odd "man" out because I like the rose with the emblem in the middle. I think the drill sergeant is okay if your only trying to solicit military personal

Who is your targeted customer? I personally don't know what your business name means if you didn't tell me, so if your targets are people in the military, then I think the drill sargeant would make the most sense. If you are going outside of the circle, you might want to reconsider both the name and the logo.

I live on a Marine Corp base and just about evryone in the area is connected in some form or fashion to the military. My husband is career military so I don't see us in a "normal" community any time soon. lol Most of my business is delivering bday cakes to Marines and sailors aboard the 2 local bases, but I also have started getting more wedding and special occassion orders.

I love the Drill Instructor but I am unsure if people outside the miitary would"get it." Not saying anything bad, but that is why I had him create 2 for me. Thank you everyone for your insight & help!

I like the drill instructor and i dont think it would limit you. The military people you will make event cakes for also have to know "unmilitary" people that will choose you by word of mouth and not only for your logo!! Good luck!!

Thank you everyone for your help. I decided to place the flower logo in the corner of my website since I am trying to keep it a little more elegant I guess. I am also adding the drill instructor on my contact info & I am going to use it for my business cards. Again, I GREATLY appreciate it. I don't know where I would be w/o this site!!!
