You could probably sculpt these using chocolate candy clay. Here are a few more cute ones.

Hi There... Those purses are mine. icon_smile.gif I took a class from Susan O'Boyle-Jacobson and we made these in her class.. They weren't made from a mold.

We used candy melts to make them... The candy melts were melted and then poured onto a surface and you leave to set up. Once it sets up you cut three pieces out of it with a pattern. The pieces are glued together with melted candy melts and then decorated with chocolate leather and chocolate transfers. There was an article in American Cake decorating.. I'll try to find it and give you the info. They were kind of time consuming, but fun!!

Tami,

I am wondering if you found that article? And if there is a pattern out there for purchase to cut the purses from. I love your work, you are doing a fine job with your talents and artwork, God Bless your Baking, Shawn <><

Thank you flowergel, but 32 ounces of chocolate is too much..lol

The little bags are no more than an ounce or 2 of truffle mix inside.

But if anyone would like to try that bag on the link, I know who sells that mold and the transfer sheets!
