This is second time making the No Fail Cookies. I love this recipe. My first attempt at a bouquet & my first time using Antonia's Icing. The icing was very easy to work with. I appreciate how helpful everyone is here. Every time I need help someone always replies quickly.

Thanks for the kind remarks everyone.

KHalstead- I bought the pot for 38 cents and painted it. Then I glued on the little decorations. I bought them at the Dollar Tree for a buck. I LOVE that place.

Hi,

I really enjoyed your 1st cookie bouquet.....I'm new to baking period and have been doing fairly well. I just wanted to know if maybe you can give me some inside tips on what or how to do the cookie bouquet. I just like to get different opinions. icon_smile.gif

Did you bake with the sticks, or attach them afterward?
Did you dip the cookies to get the entire surface covered with white, then used regular thickness for the details?
How did you dip them to get them so perfect?

Ellen- I attached the sticks immediately after baking. For the icing, I did my outlining and then flooded with royal frosting. After that dried a bit, I piped another outline just to add dimension.
