Does anyone have a really good BC recipe to use to decorate a character cake with star tips? I don't want a super sweet one, so I've been experimenting this week and found some awesome recipes, but I think they were all too soft to make decent looking stars. Help Please!!!

I just use the buttercream icing recipe from the Wilton website. It's really easy and perfect for stars. I do alot of character cakes as I have young kids and that's what they usually want. Jodie
