Hi does anyone have a recipe for a fudge filling? I am looking for a filling that is fudgy like the candy but spreadable as filling.

Thanks
Jackie

I found this at wilton.com
Credit goes go SquirrleyCakes:

The fudge filling recipe is so easy and good.

2 Tbsp Butter
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 c of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 c Powdered Sugar
6 Tbsp heavy whipping cream (unwhipped)

Put all ingredients in a heavy saucepan and melt on med-low heat stirring constantly until smooth.

I let this cool to barely warm, (still pourable) and poured it onto the cake. Make sure you have piped a dam of frosting around the edge of the cake layer before pouring on the fudge filling. Spread to the edges. Let sit for a few minutes to cool completely and firm up a little before adding the top layer.

I doubled the recipe and had really good luck with it.
