I live in Miami, Florida and we have two very popular cake bakers, " Heddas ", and "cakes by designs". Their cakes are very moist and have a rum flavor. Most of my family and friends ask me all the time if I can bake them a cake just like theirs. Does any one have a recipe for this type of cake? (no cake mixes please).

I'd like that recipe too. When we went on our cruise to Jamaica we purchased some rum cakes....they were soooo good.

You can use an yellow cake mix and replace some of the water with rum. icon_wink.gif
