Do you think I can do the Strawberry Cream Cake filling (found it under recipes) with raspberry instead of strawberry??
I also wonder if anyone knows how to get te cream filling thicker?

Sure, why not. I think raspberries are every bit as good as strawberries. As for the second half of your question... sorry, can't help you there.
