Great cookies! The 'sand' in the bag was the perfect added touch.

Wow!! How exciting for you!! I am doing my first bouquets this week, also Hawiaan theme. I sure hope they turn out 1/2 as good as yours!!!

Those are absolutely Great! You did an awesome Job, and I'm sure you will land tons of business from that! You are so creative! I too, love the sand in the bottom. I would have never thought of that!

Congrats on your new hourly wage! It's a lot more than I make at my full time job as a Laboratory Technologist!!! (and probably alot more fun too!) icon_biggrin.gif

Awww - thanks everyone! icon_biggrin.gif Kelly - the tags are super easy. I just find an image on my computer or online that goes along with the color scheme or theme of the cookies....I put 2 to a page. Then I have my biz info on it as well, but upside down, so that once the page is printed, I will fold it in half lengthwise, cut in half, and then my biz info is on the back right side up. I print them onto card stock. I have one left over that's unfolded and uncut...lemme see if I can get a pic of it for you so it's a little easier to understand. icon_rolleyes.gif

Ok...here's a step-by-step. I know it's not rocket science, but if you're like me, sometimes it helps to have a visual of something. HOpe these come thru ok and make sense to y'all! icon_smile.gif

Alrighty...that's my 'DUH!!' moment for today!! I knew that...LOL icon_razz.gif Yeah, I bought it to use making cards, too. I usually do all my own Christmas cards, party invites, etc. TOo simple that a long thing made out of bone could be called a 'BONING TOOL' right!? icon_lol.gif

Those turned out soooo cute JennT!! And thanks for the tutorial icon_biggrin.gif

Do you use 12 x 12 cardstock or Letter size?
Wow, thanks Jenn. That was great visual. I have a couple of questions though, is that 8x10 paper? so the tags are 4x5 after you cut them? If so do you use the normal cookie bags? Also how do you flip your bussiness info to print it. I am not so computer savvy. lol.

The card stock is just letter size...8 1/2 X 11. So, yeah, they're roughly 4x5 once cut. I just buy the 'treat' bags that are on the aisle with the Wilton stuff at Hobby Lobby or Michael's...the ones that have gusseted sides (pleated, sort of)...not Wilton's brand, as they're a little pricey, IMO, but I don't remember the brand on them...they're like $2 or $3 for 50 bags. I think I've used Wilton's cookie bags before, too. The tag ends up being just a little bit wider than the bag itself, but I kind of like the way it looks. You could cut them down, if you like, to the exact width of your bag...but in my mind, that would just take soooo much longer to do. And the difference in width, of the tag and the bag, is so little really.

As for flipping the business info upside down...well - I guess it depends on what kind of program you're using. icon_rolleyes.gif I have Microsoft Picture It! that's pretty much just for making cards, photo projects, pretty simple stuff. My business logo/info is a separate project on it's own...so I cut and paste it into the 'cookie tag' project, when I'm making them. Then I can move it all around by itself, shrink or enlarge it (while keeping it in scale) depending on what I'm working on, without changing anything else in that project....it has a box around it and I just select it and then choose to rotate it until I have it upside down. Then I can 'grab' it and position it to where it's centered over the image/text that will be the 'front' of the tag. Gosh...I'm sure I'm just explaining this horribly and confusing you! icon_rolleyes.gificon_lol.gif

Lemme know if you have any more questions...maybe my brain will be working better later & I can make some sense!! icon_rolleyes.gificon_razz.gif
