Fbct - Any Hints On Doing Eyes And Mouths?

I am TERRIBLE at FBCT. I do a good job on the large parts but when it comes to find details, like the mouth or the eyes, I am awful. Any hints or suggestions?

A toothpick is your best friend...I use a #1 tip for small details like that, then clean it up with a toothpick. It works really well!
