Can You Put An Edible Sheet On Fondant?

Would like to do a diploma from fondant and wanted to have persons school info on diploma is this possible?

Hi Michelleml..You can print your design on an edible sheet, then using either clear gel, or lightly thinned corn syrup (white) attach to your fondant scroll. If you want a shiny surface rather than a matt, you can also brush gel over top (don't use too much pressure). That sounds like a great cake. Good luck.

yes you can put an edible image on fondant. just mist or brush your fondant lightly with water so the icing sheet will stick.

I was going to say the same thing as thecakemaker, I know I have seen them on fondant before, but never thought about how it was adhered to it.....
