I am making a billiard table cake that calls for chocolate fondant. Is there a recipe for marshmallow fondant. This is a going away cake for my hubby and he hates the taste of regular fondant. If the is not a recipe for CMMF could I color is brown to look like chocolate?

You could mix cocoa powder in with the MMF to get the chocolate flavor. I hear it works great.

Here is a recipe.
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 Tbsp. water
powdered sugar (1 cup +)

Follow the standard mixing and melting proceedures. Add 1 oz melted choc & 1Tblsp cocoa powder for choc. fondant

Makes about 1/2 pound.
You will have to adjust it, to get the consistency right, likely.
