You know those puffy looking cake stands? The ones I've seen are made of a satin material that has a rolled (gather'd? 
) pattern running vertically and it kind of puff's out? They look like they are about 3"to 4" high. Does anyone know how to make them or know where to buy them (I'd prefer to make if possible 
).
