Hi everyone: I'd like to know if anyone is charging for individual chocolate transfers to place on cakes? If you add a lollypop stick can you then charge per pop? If so how much? I made some sesame street characters about 4" tall to decorate a cake but if they wanted extras how do I price them? I used chocolate candy wafers. Thanks.

I have my birthday cake prices high enough to include most decorations. If you wanted to keep them lower, then by all means charge for "extra" decs. What you need to decide is a base price for your cakes and what that base price includes. Anything above that is extra.
