When using RBC and MMF do you apply some type of icing glue to attach an over-lay? Is it similar to doing over-lays on regular fondant using "fondant gum glue"? Just started using these icings to cover my cookies and I think it's great!!! I'd like to do some over-lays but need some advice first. Thanks in advance.

some people use a little bc, some use a little water, some put them straight onto the cookie right when they come out of the oven, that way the hot cookie will kinda melt the rbc or mmf a little and it will stick all by itself. When i did them, I just rubbed a dab of water on the cookie to moisten it a little. Using a little bc would probably taste yummy!

I use very small "dots" of corn syrup that I keep in a squeeze bottle!
