So what is the next step , Insurance?, Dba or sales tax id?
Does anyone need to make sure if this is a licensed kitchen.
Any information is appreciated!!

Thank you so much

Ashiana, have you visitted your local Score? They are a wonderful organization that help guide you through all these steps and do it for free. The reason I say this is because regulations vary from state to state and its always good to have that someone to rely on. When I finally launch my business I plan to do talk to them.

Once you locate a kitchen willing to work with you, the licensing entity (usually the health department) will want to license YOU using that facility. You can contact them about whether you have to have another inspection, pay fees, etc. I have found the HD to be very helpful. You may need a business license in your state and or city/county. You can get those and a registered business name before your kitchen stuff is ready. You can wait for insurance until you have the health department square away.
