Acutally depending on whether or not you sift it a pound of powdered sugar yields between 4 and 5 cups. icon_biggrin.gif

The problem is 1 cup is 16 ounces which is a liquid measurement not a weight and powdered sugar is a dry and she wanted weight so 16 ounces = a pound in weight a 2 lb bag has between 8 and 9 cups

I know we should convert like the rest of the world but ours is so easy??????
