Okay, earlier I was talking about this icing that I bought to try out. not sure if anyone knows what I'm talking about but it comes in a white box with a picture of a white cake with flowers on it. Anyone know how long you're suppose to mix it for before it becomes light and fluffy to use? I made a box today to try it before I put it on a cake for someone else but it didn't get light and fluffy. I mixed it for a good 5 minutes or so and the consistancy of it didn't change at all. Maybe I didn't mix it long enough, I don't know, but it didn't say a time frame, just to mix until light and fluffy. Any help would be great otherwise I'm going to take the other 2 boxes back because I'm pretty disappointed in it.

I guess no one knows anything about this stuff so I guess I'll go back to my usual recipe icon_sad.gif

Sorry, I have seen the box in the store but I have never used it.
Anyone else?

I have used this before and was not pleased. It really doesn't matter how long you mix it, it never seems to get light and fluffy or the right consistancy.

Alright, thanks. I'll be taking the other 2 boxes back to the store then for a refund.
