We just found out that our 11mo son is allergic to egg. I hunted on the web to find egg free cake recipes for his birthday next month, but they were all chocolate. Does anybody have a recipe to make egg-free vanilla cake? Does anybody have pointers on how to make egg-free cakes? I don't think I can use egg substitues since thay all have egg whites.
